Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@pawdlystore.com with your order number and reason
2. We will send return instructions within 1–2 business days
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
4. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
